1. University Town Campus

There are two canteens in University Town campus. Muslim students can enjoy food and drinks on the third floor in the First Canteen.

The University’s Canteen: SCUT has number 1 and 2 canteen, which are all within the Residential Area.

Dong Men Square: There are Japanese, Korean, and different Chinese restaurants. You can also find the Muslim restaurant. One can also find different varieties of Chinese traditional snacks and juice stands.

Guang Da Residential Area: This is a big place where you can find different varieties of Chinese, Korean, Japanese food and dessert undera single roof. One can also find KFC, Pizza Hut, and other western food as well.

2. Wushan campus

There are 6 canteens in Wushan campus. The central canteen and west canteen is nearer respectively while a Muslim canteen is next to the east canteen. In addition, there are also fast food restaurants like Guoba and café that provide juice, coffee and foreign style food. Around the Wushan campus, there are a variety of restaurants, such as KFC, MacDonald, Guilin rice noodles and roast goose near the metro station outside the east gate; Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan and Dongbei cuisine outside the front gate as well as the west gate.

3. Panyu’s Delicacy Cuisine

Panyu District has a profound history; starting from the Qin Dynasty till now, it has almost 2200 years of history. As the historical commercial port, Panyu is known as the “Land of Fishery and Rice”. It is also a Birthland of LingNan Culture and Guangdong Music; therefore, it won the title of “Land of Culture”

 (1) Yan Zhou River SeaFood Street

Using Riverside and seafood as its selling points, boatmen paddle their boats and advertise traditional local dishes and seafood.

Take Bus Line Pan 100 at the Panyu Coach Terminal to arrive at the “Yanzhou Mouth” station, walk approximately for 150 meters to arrive at ShiJi Yanzhou River SeaFood Street.

(2) Cuisine Street

The Cuisine Street is composed of many restaurants; each represents its own unique style. Despite its central location, the street has a unique ancient feeling – the feeling of county simplicity, it possess an elegant environment. Cantonese Food, HuNan Food, DongBei Food, Korean Food and unique snacks are available, each type of cuisine revealing its specialty. (3) QiFu Cusine Street

QiFu (Bless) Delicacy Cusine Street: A cuisine street which tells about China’s diverse cuisine. These include the China’s eight big cuisine types such as Cantonese, Chuan, Xiang, Jie, Lu, and others. Korean, Thai, Japanese and other countries’ cuisines are also available. In addition, there are Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan delicacy cuisine available. It is located within the Panyu Jifu New Village Cusine Street.

4. HaiZhu District Delicacy Cuisine Zone

Bao Ye Road HaiZhu Delicacy Cuisine Street is known as the Street of Midnight Snacks with ChaoShan Casserole Porridge and Toad Hotpot as its famous snacks.

Address: BaoYe Road, HaiZhu District; Subway Line 8 (FengHuang New Village Direction), Stop at “ShaYuan Station” and exit through Exit D then walk towards the East. Another alternative is to take the Bus Line 220 and stop at the BaoYue Road Station.

5.  Bai Yun District Delicacy Cuisine Zone

BaiYun Avenue Delicacy Cuisine Corridor Specializes in Cantonese Food but there are also some ChaoZhou dishes. Most of the restaurants are above 1000 square meters in size; therefore, most are named as “Mountain Villas”. As you walk in these “Mountain Villas”, you will sigh with awe while you admire the spectacular Nature Beauty offered by “The Private Garden”. Inside this “Private Garden”, the attractive pavilions, the colorful flowers, the green grass, the bridge and the running rivers are luring you to capture this amazing scene with your cameras. The Beauty of Mother Nature makes this Private Garden as unique and special as it is.

6. Yue Xiu District Delicacy Cuisine Street

YueXiu District is an old central city in Guangzhou. It has many historical sites and many commercial streets such as Beijing Lu.

7. Asian Olympic Delicacy Cuisine Street

HuiFu AsianTaste Cuisine Street is known for Ling Nan’s traditional food and Southern East Style Cuisine. It targets middle income consumers. This delicacy cuisine street is a display of the diversification of (Beijing Lu)BuXing Street’s cuisine and drinks . YuShan Road and HuiZhou East Road acts as the core of the zone.

One can take Metro and stop at Gong Yuan Qian Station and exit at Exit D.
