Guidelines of Student ID Book＆Student Card Application

1. Student ID Book Application：

(1) Submit one 1-inch ID photo with your passport number written on the back to B1-208/32-208 Office.

(2) You can pick up your new Student ID Book at B1-208/32-208 Office after one week.

2. Student Card Application

(1) Student cards are available only for major students. Please collect your student card at office 208, Building B1/office 208, Building NO.32 within one month after the registration.

(2) If you lost your student card, please apply for replacement at Building D2 or at Faculty & Students Service Centre, Building NO.1.
