February 26, 2015, SIE was held Spring Semester Conference in 2015 at B1-314. Deputy Dean Yang Haosong hosted the conference. Dean An, Deputy Dean Liu and Hu, and all staff of SIE participated in the meeting.

The directors from Main Administration Office, Office of Admissions, Office of Academic Affairs, Office of Student Affairs, International Education Department of Chinese, Office of Teaching Chinese and Office of Confucius Institutes reported their work plan of spring semester in 2015 separately. Dean An pointed out that the works various departments reported were objectives and clear and professional. She hoped that every department would followed own plan to work. She pointed out that SIE would strengthened academic research, building up innovation platform which was approved international cooperation of Guangdong Province, and increased enrollment levels to improve the scholarship evaluation mechanisms, which would be closed to students ' needs More importantly, SIE constantly improved the level of management and teaching quality.
