The afternoon of March 13, 2015, Chinese volunteer teachers of the Confucius Institute Conference held in B1-314 of the University City Campus. Assignment to Lancaster University in United Kingdom from Confucius Institute. Zhao Jian Nan, Chen Xiao, and Michelle Reis 3 students are introduced after enrolment, examinations, interviews, training of volunteer’s experience. Seminar was conducted by teacher Li Ying Jia, Deputy Dean Liu Cheng attend and speak to our school who wish to apply for jobs in 2015, Chinese volunteer teachers of the Confucius Institute students attended this seminar.
In exchange meeting, three volunteers combined with their own experience through PPT slide, registration process details, exam form, training content and attentions. Students show their interest and discussing question in the conducted topic. Last, Deputy Dean Liu Cheng unite in Confucius college work of personally experience, to treasure the opportunities, to have hard working spirit, work intensive even in the few area, fast grew up, in a intercultural sensitivity, do cross-cultural adapted basis, do cross-cultural teaching and communication work about civil ambassador by speak good Chinese story, spread good Chinese culture and china voice.
The exchange of experience not only gives an opportunity to communicate, but provide a reference for student’s intention to have the application. Exchange of experience by volunteer teachers from school Office of the Confucius Institute at Chinese selection, management, send an important part of the work.
