WIRA SAPUTRA ALVIANTO Sharing His  Study Experience

Learning and Sharing Session

To promote the interaction of international students, our School held the Learning and Sharing Session for International Students at South Campus on April 21, 2015. The invited speaker, WIRA SAPUTRA ALVIANTO,  is the master student from Indonesia who study in Material Engineering at School of Material Science and Engineering. About 100 international students and teachers of Academic Affairs Office attended the session.

As an excellent undergraduate student of 2014, WIRA SAPUTRAALVIANTO has studied in the university for more than five years. He shared his own overseas study experiences in culture adaptation, course arrangement and learning methods. He suggested that international students need to utilize learning resource offered by the university, make friends with local students and do a four-year study plan. He expected that all international students can be those who get the knowledge and to use them and are rewarded from learning, so that students will have a fulfilling and rich overseas study life and leave with no regrets. After the session, students discussed study and life issues they concerned with WIRA SAPUTRA ALVIANTO as well.

The session aims at sharing the experience of study and the understanding of overseas life, providing opportunities to post requests and answer questions, encouraging students to work hard and improving students’ interactions by taking the excellent international student as an example. As the one of featured activities for international students, the learning and sharing session will continue to be organized.
